NEW CONSTRUCTION HOMES

On your long and exciting journey to buying a home, you are bound to run into the option of a new construction home. There are a few ways this can be done; buying a new house that is already built but has never been lived in, using a construction company that offers different packages, or doing the whole shebang yourself. There are great options to build anywhere in Southern Utah: La Verkin, Toquerville, Hurricane, Washington, St George, Ivins, or Santa Clara.

New houses that are already built are usually cookie cutter projects that come in a few different styles. There are entire subdivisions built by the same company, and have minimal differences that make them easy and economical to build. There are plenty of these here in Southern Utah, call 435-220-3393 to set up a time to go and see a few!

Next comes the custom package homes. In our opinion, these are the best of the bunch. These homes give you a package you can choose from off of a base model home. You can choose the garage door, stucco, stone, paint color, light fixtures, granite counter tops, sinks, cabinetry, everything that will make the home uniquely yours. Most of these houses come in different packages, that will be a few different prices. Within these packages, you will have multiple options for each of those items listed above. One of the great things about those packages is that the price won't change depending on the changes you make. Not only that, but there is a team of contractors already dedicated to the project with the experience needed to build the home of your dreams. This way it is still a very personal experience, but you don’t have all of the hassle that comes with building a home from scratch.

However, if you do want to build your house from scratch, you can do that as well. It will take a lot more time and dedication, but is well worth it if you want to be in control of every aspect of your future home. Call 435-220-3393 to set up a time to look at lots. That is the first step, picking out the lot. A lot is a vacant piece of land that has been zoned, compacted, and prepared to be built on. Once you find a lot, you need to hire an architect. This architect will listen to your wants, hopes, dreams, and draw up some schematics for your future home! After that, you need a contractor to build it. Watching your house come up from absolutely nothing is a lot of fun. They start with the foundation, and build up from there.
Whether you decide to buy a pre-made home, one of the master crafted packages, or hire an architect and design a home yourself; you have your work cut out for you. That is why you need to call 435-220-3393 to get in contact with one of our experienced agents. They can help you find what works for you.
